This customer has needed a few different projects done at his home through out the last decade. Most recently he had a crack in the foundation that was leaking. We were able to get out quickly and repair this for him. He was very appreciative of our quick jump to action to help him and was even more appreciative of the crew that was out and explained the process before during and after installation. He had a question the next day and called the Foreman who reached back out to him right away.

Mike did a good job showing me what I needed to do.  Was always there to questions and follow up – great guy! The office staff is professional and pleasant to talk to.  (great on the phone)

At this home there were multiple different products that the customer needed in her home. She had an Egress window, Powerbraces as well as Watercontrol System installed. When the customer was given the opportunity to fill out a post installation survey she had nothing but great things to say about our company.
