This customer had us out because she was finding large amounts of water pooling up on top of their current vapor barrier. They did already have a sump pump that was not able to keep up with how much water was flowing in. We installed our perimeter drainage system, our triple safe pump, and our silverglo insulation. This is to help with any water intrusion and the silverlgo is used to help insulate the footings of the home in which will save you money in the long run!

A client called in with concerns of water coming up through the crawlspace. To permanently resolve this issue, we installed our SmartPipe around the perimeter of the crawlspace as a custom engineered drainage system with our SuperSump pump, considering it is a highly efficient and reliable pressure relief and water evacuation system. We also instituted our Sedona dehumidifier to cleanse the air of mold spores, antimicrobials and allergens, along with the CleanSpace drainage matting as a thermal break while allowing water to flow beneath.

Even though a client had a vapor barrier, they still had moisture in their crawlspace. We installed SilverGlo, and expanded polystyrene insulation that has graphite infused into it, in order to reflect heat and lower the material's conductivity. in turn sending heat back into the crawlspace. We also added our pint-sized powerhouse: SaniDry Sedona. This is a dehumidifying air system that dries the air, making it smell better and reducing the chance of mold growth.
