This combination basement and crawl space desperately needed waterproofing attention after recent flooding. So, we installed our Starpipe with the SuperSump, a powerful sump pump that can remove up to 2,200 gallons of water per hour. To support the floor joists above, we also installed our SmartJack, a crawl space support system with an adjustable design to fit and instantly lift any space. Now, this space is healthy and dry for years to come. 

After having noticed water in their crawlspace, a recent client reached out for an air cleaning solution. Installing the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier will not only save the client money considering its Energy Star rating, but it will cleanse the crawlspace air of mold spores and other allergens that create damp musty odors.

A client called in wanting a sump pump installed in their crawlspace due to the amount of water accumulation. We inserted the finest sump pump system available, a SuperSump and well system for drainage. This offers a WaterWatch alarm system, and the patented SuperLiner with an air-tight lid which includes a dehumidifier drain.

We transformed this damp, drafty, and dirty crawl space into a drier, brighter, and healthier environment with a few of our top-tier waterproofing products. Our SilverGlo insulation boards were installed along the walls to provide the area with a layer of R-11 insulation and the rest of the area was sealed in our ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier. Moisture, humidity, not cold drafts will be a worry for this crawl space again!

This dirt crawl space desperately needed protection from the natural humidity of the dirt below, especially in the snow-melt seasons. To protect their home from mold and wood rot, these homeowners asked us to install our Drainage Matting and heavy, 20 mil thick CleanSpace liner. Combined, our CleanSpace encapsulaiton provides antimicrobial protection and a 25-year warranty against rips and tears, while our Drainage Matting provides added durability, puncture resistance, and a thermal break to the installation.
