Before & After Photos

Before photo shows a cracked and settling slab next on the pool deck of this home in La Mesa. The best solution which is shown in the after photo is to use our PolyLevel injection solution to lift the cracked slab back up to level. Once the uneven slab is back in place we used the Nexus Pro sealant which will protect the slab from further damage and seals the clacks seamlessly. 

The Before Picture is a Push Pier being attached.

The After Picture is the area when we finished.

The Before Picture is a void, that Saber exposed, under the foundation with a sliding glass door.

The After picture shows how Push Piers are installed under sliders. A angle is used with two foundation piers to lift this section uniformly, and avoid damage to the slider.

The Before picture shows a tile patio. The homeowner was replacing tiles that were cracking.

the After picture shows Installed Push Piers stabilizing the home. This home was settling. The sinking foundation was causing the cracks in the walls and patio tiles breaking.

T before photos show concrete that has settled into voids which is not only a safety hazard but also a bad eyesore. Because of the stress put on the concrete, cracks have also been made. The after photo shows how we lifted the concrete using our PolyLevel solution to level and filled the joints and cracks with the state-of-the-art sealant NexusPro.
