Before & After Photos

The before photo shows how we are installing our PolyLevel solution for settled slabs of concrete around the pool deck. The after photo illustrates the final results of our PolyLevel lifting and stabilization solution combined with our state-of-the-art NexusPro sealant. With both of them combined, you will receive the best results for your pool deck that has developed settled slabs.

The After shows a installed Push Pier Lifting this previously sinking Foundation.

The Before Picture shows the interior of the home. The walls are cracking, and the cracks are progressively getting bigger.

The After Picture shows the exterior of the home. The issue was voids formed by shifting soils, and the Foundation had weakened over time. This picture shows the finished work, after Saber filled the voids with Polylevel, atteched Foundation Piers to the base of the Foundation, filled the holes, and poured concrete. The area looks better than before our crew started working.

The After Picture Shows the Completed work.

In the photos you can see the amazing results of the push pier system.  The interior crack was formed by foundation settlement, once Saber installed push piers and lifted the property to maximum practical recovery, you can now see that the crack has closed.  The home is now stabilized and homeowner will no longer see the sign of founation settlement.
