The After Picture shows what Seismic Retrofitting Post Caps accomplish. This Support Post is now solidly attached, and this floor is no longer sagging.

The before picture shows a walkway next to a home that is cracked. There was also a standing water issue up against the home in this area. The home foundation was settling.
