Hermosa Beach resident Tamra M. contacted Saber regarding cracks in the walls and parking area of her house. Our Project Design Specialist completed a thorough evaluation of Tamra's home. The Before picture shows one of the cracks in the concrete.

Our crew installed Helical Piers to stabilize the home foundation. The After picture shows a Helical insert being installed to stabilize Tamra's home foundation .

The After picture shows Seismic Retrofitting components strengthening the connection between the home and its foundation.

The After Picture Shows Polyurethane leaking out after the Voids are filled.

The Before picture shows a Home's Crawlspace, without Seismic Retrofitting components, to solidify the connection between the foundation and the home.

The After picture shows the Universal Foundation Plate connecting the foundation to the mudseal, and the A35 Framing Angle connecting the mudseal to the home. These components have stabilized the home.
