Just wanted to write and let you know what a great job Tony DiLonardo did at my house today checking my systems, swapping out some pipe and replacing a check valve. Tony was patient in hearing my concerns and there was no sales pressure, just the presentation of a confident technician that clearly had my best interests in mind. I feel my home is ready to handle any excess water that may come with the next winter and spring season rains. As a person who runs his own business, I know that we often hear considerably more negative comments than positive. In all fairness we also need to hear more positive comments, as long as they are genuine and sincere. Such is my motivation to let you know about Tony. he is good for business because he is honest, patient and competent. I have been a loyal customer to Basement Systems over the years. It is people like Tony and several others who have been to my home from Basement Systems, who uphold the fine reputation your company enjoys and has earned. Two years ago, we hired Basement Systems. A friend told us about them. We were happy with their presentation and recommendation. We've had water in our basement for many years and we want to get rid of it. Plus we thought somewhere down the road we'd put our house up for sale, which is now and we want to make sure it was dry.
