I cannot tell you what a pleasure it was to have Eric Ardito as the Production Foreman on my basement finishing project. His customer service was outstanding as he put tremendous effort into making sure I was completely satisfied with the work being done.   Eric's knowledge of the business is very extensive...the man knows his stuff! He was generous in offering alternative ideas and suggestions from the original plan and was so easy to work with when we decided to make changes. He communicated with me every step of the way and was so approachable when it came to asking questions.   Eric's work ethic was amazing! He and his team members showed up every day and worked hard while paying attention to the finest of details. He set a great example for his co-workers and always gave them credit for "the team effort" it took to do the job. Eric is so good at what he does on all aspects of this kind of work, yet he is humble.    When Eric and his crew finished the job, the clean up was spotless and the space just sparkled. They should be very proud of the work they did under his leadership and know what a very satisfied customer they have.

From the initial contact with Basement Systems to the completed project everything was handled in professional manner. The workers were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. No debris was left lying around. I had some extra questions and they returned my calls and e-mails the same day. We have since contracted with them for Basement finishing as well.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the work your staff did. I have had a minor water problem for 38 years. Having read your ads and comparing sales pitches from competitors, we decided to have you waterproof our basement in North Branford. With the harsh winter and Hurricane Irene, we had not one drop of water. We had the pleasure of hearing the water being expelled to the outside. What a relief this is. Quick short story, we use CTBS years and years ago, I’m driving to work and I just drove by one of your trucks. I cannot even begin to tell you that your company has saved our lives. Every rain storm we would have to go downstairs with the wet vacuum and we have not had one problem knock on wood since we had our sump pump installed and you guys out to fix it. I just wanted to thank you so much and appreciate all that you do.
