This crawlspace is completely changed when on the of the crews from DryZone comes out, first they install CleanSpace on the floors and walls. Next they block the vents and install an Everlast door, lastly they  install a SaniDry Sedona. This is all done to keep the humidity down and prevent mold from taking root within the crawlspace.
