A home in Fenwick Island, Delaware had a major problem. The foundation was actually cracking in a horizontal angle. If the problem was not solved by that day, everyone at DryZone was afraid that this home owner would no longer have a home. We immediately took precaution and action. We had installed Wall Anchors, which are used to form the house back up and keep it that way. What we do is we go about 12 ft away from the home and dig a hole, there we will place the Earth Anchor down after we place in the rod. The rod is placed in the ground outward after we drill a hole in the foundation wall we can then place the anchor itself and tighten it.

Cracking and bowing of the walls is a very dangerous situation to be in. At any minute, if not taken care of quickly can result in to a very serious situation which could include having to buy another home.
