This homeowner in Ocean City, MD took the first step in protecting their investment by giving us a call! With our help, they are starting the encapsulation process by having us lay down drainage matting first until they are ready for the full encapsulation with CleanSpace liner, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and a TripleSafe sump pump. 

A Brandywine home needed the basement finished. DryZone came out and reconstructed and fixed the entire basement by fixing the cracks, holes, walls, and flooring.

A crawl space in Wyoming, DE had debris, mud, and insulation everywhere. DryZone came out to help resolve the problem the owners were having in their crawl space.

A home in Arden, DE had some problems with the foundation. DryZone had came out to fix what was wrong, the homeowners were very pleased with the work we had done.

In the flooring of this Methodist Church, there was a 5 inch gap between the door way. DryZone came out and was able to fix the gap by placing concrete in between the gap to fill it. It turns out the church had no other foundation problems, other than the one 5 inch gap in the basement. They had also requested to have a sump pump installed in case of a flood, or any water getting in.
