Our team went to work, carefully measuring and removing the appropriate amount of concrete to correctly install the new channel drain, providing the patio with the perfect solution for eliminating any standing water. To address the issue, our Design Specialist developed a plan to install a helical pier system beneath the affected side of the home to lift and stabilize the foundation permanently. With David’s approval, our team carefully installed each helical pier deep into the ground until reaching stronger soil layers. The home's weight was then transferred to these stable layers, effectively securing the foundation. Finally, our team successfully lifted the settling foundation back into place, closing the wall cracks.
