Pool Deck Raised in Port Saint Lucie, FL

Patricia and Dani A. were starting renovations to their Port Saint Lucie, Florida home and wanted to tackle their sinking pool patio first. They decided to call LRE Foundation Repair for an inspection. Our design specialist determined loose soils and years of erosion were mainly to blame for the sinking slab, and decided PolyLevel would be the perfect solution for this problem. PolyLevel is an expanding, polyurethane foam material that is injected through small holes drilled into the concrete. The material expands to lift slabs back level and fill any voids forming underground. The homeowners were amazed to see the gaps closed up under their screened patio and pleased with the work performed. Now, they can get ready to tackle the next renovation project.

Sinking Driveway Lifted in Port Saint Lucie, Florida

Cheryl and William G. were preparing to list their Port Saint Lucie, Florida home on the market, but wanted to address the sinking driveway before doing so. After scheduling a free inspection with one of our design specialists, soil washout and erosion were identified as being the culprits of the settling concrete. As washout and erosion occur, it leaves the remaining soil unstable enough to hold the weight of the concrete, causing it to sink. Our design specialist recommended our PolyLevel system to lift and re-level this driveway. PolyLevel is a fast-expanding polyurethane foam that works to solidify loose soils and fill voids, while simultaneously lifting concrete back level. Our team was pleased to be able to provide a fast and non-invasive solution to Cherly and Williams's driveway concerns, so they can get their home on the market.

Concrete Sidewalk Leveling in Nokomis, FL

Joan D. was growing concerned as there were many areas of her driveway and sidewalks that were sinking, leaving large cracks and tripping hazards at her Nokomis, Florida home. She decided to call LRE Foundation Repair for a solution to her damaged concrete. Upon inspection, LRE determined loose, sandy soils had been washed out over time causing voids under the slabs. To remedy this problem, LRE injected a two-part polyurethane material called PolyLevel through small holes in the concrete slab. PolyLevel flows easily through soils, expanding on contact to fill voids and lift the concrete slab back level. The homeowner was thrilled with the results and could rest easy now that here tripping hazards were gone for good.
