Eugene and Pam W. had owned their home in Englewood, Florida for many years and wanted to start renovations. They knew they needed to address the home's sinking concrete slabs before they could begin, so they decided to call LRE Foundation Repair for help. LRE inspected the home inside and out, and designed a plan that would fix the sunken concrete due to shifting, loose soil conditions. LRE used PolyLevel, an injectable and expanding polymer foam material that flows into the voids between loose soils particles, expanding to about 15 times its initial volume. This product was able to lift the concrete slab areas around the home, closing gaps and cracks. Once complete, these homeowners were pleasantly surprised at the results and excited to get to work on renovations. 

Upon discovering cracks in the walls of his garage in Punta Gorda, Florida, Harley reached out to LRE Foundation Repair for assistance. Following a full home inspection by our Design Specialist, we quickly identified that soil settlement had caused a section of the foundation to sink. Our production team installed helical piers along the footer of the affected section of the home’s foundation to lift it back into its proper position and provide permanent stabilization. As a result, the cracks in the garage walls were effectively closed, bringing Harley peace of mind that his home’s foundation is now secure.

David Q. arranged for a comprehensive inspection of his Placida, FL, home's crawl space by LRE Foundation Repair after observing substantial sagging in the floors of his residence. A Design Specialist discovered that the original block piers in the crawl space were not adequately supporting the wooden floor joists due to soil settlement. To address this, LRE installed SmartJacks to ensure sufficient and permanent stabilization for the floor joists. With this renewed support, David can finally put his foundational concerns to rest.
