Pool Deck Lifted and Stabilized in Naples, FL

In the before photo, you can see the trip hazards and unsettled slabs around this Naples, Florida homeowner's pool deck—a common but risky problem. Recognizing the need for a safe and level ground, our team at LRE Foundation Repair got to work. The next step was to use NexusPro, a joint sealer that refreshed the look of the pool area, making it secure and visually appealing once again.

Releveling Settling Pool Deck in Naples, FL

Barry M. of Naples, Florida contacted called LRE Foundation Repair after growing concerned about major trip hazards around his pool deck due to uneven and sinking concrete. LRE’s inspection found that poorly compacted soil and washout underneath the pool deck was causing the concrete slabs to crack and settle. LRE was able to remediate Barry’s concerns by utilizing their 2-part concrete protection system. This involves injecting a 2-part polyurethane foam underneath the slab to relevel and stabilize the concrete and then sealing off the cracks with NexusPro which is a silicone-based sealant to provide long-lasting flexibility. Barry can now get back to enjoying his pool area knowing his pool deck is permanently stabilized for years to come, and those dangerous trip hazards have been eliminated.

Lifting and Stabilizing Settling Front Porch in Sunrise, Florida

Ivania’s home in Sunrise, Florida, had experienced significant settlement damage, especially on her front porch, where noticeable gaps had formed between the support columns and the roof above. After contacting LRE Foundation Repair and scheduling a free inspection, we sent one of our Design Specialists to carefully assess the situation and provide a solution.

Our specialist confirmed that soil settlement had caused her home and front porch to sink, necessitating immediate stabilization to prevent further damage. Our team installed our push pier system beneath the front porch to transfer the weight of the home to the solid bedrock below. From there, the team gradually lifted the porch back into its proper position, effectively closing the gaps between the columns and the roof.

Ivania was thrilled with our team’s work and can now feel at ease knowing her home’s foundation and front porch are permanently stabilized.

Buried Downspout Solution in Cooper City, Florida

Flooding had been a persistent issue in the yard of Gary’s home in Cooper City, Florida, and he knew he needed to have the problem addressed to prevent potentially serious damage to his foundation. A Design Specialist from LRE Foundation Repair visited Gary’s home to conduct an inspection and craft a customized solution to help prevent flooding. After looking over the yard of the home, the specialist discovered that although the home had a gutter and downspout system, the water would regularly pool around the perimeter of the home due to poor grading of the yard. A plan was devised to install an EZ Flow French Drain system, which includes a buried extension for the downspouts. This extension will directly channel water from the gutters and into the subsurface system. From here, the water will then be diverted out through a pop-up relief drain located at the far end of the home's property. Following LRE’s installation of his new drainage system, Gary’s flooding issues have now been successfully resolved, relieving him of this persistent issue.
