Our team installed a downspout to direct water away from the foundation to ensure it doesn't pool and seep into the basement or cause structural damage. 

When It rained, water pooled around this customers patio. Understandably frustrated, they contacted our office for a permanent solution. Our team assessed the issue and decided the most effective solution was to install a French Drainage System along with a high-quality sump pump to remove water to eliminate it from pooling and diverting it away from the foundation to prevent flooding. 

The dehumidifier in this crawl space was no longer controlling humidity levels in the crawl space. This led to moisture issues, musty odors, and wood rot. Rainwater was dumping too close to the foundation with short gutter downspouts. Longer downspouts were buried to carry water away from the foundation. This helped to prevent water from pooling around the foundation and causing erosion and water damage.flooding.
