Steel piers are driven deep into the ground until they reach stable soil, then the foundation is lifted and stabilized, preventing further sinking or settling.

SmartJack support posts were installed in the customer's crawl space to address structural issues that caused wall cracks and separation. These posts provide additional support to stabilize the foundation, prevent further damage, and correct any sagging or uneven floors.
