When a foundation settles, it often does so unevenly. This puts stress on the mortar joints between your home's exterior bricks, which can fail and result in what is known as stair-step cracking. To permanently repair and stabilize the structure, we installed foundation Push Piers. 

This homeowner was experiencing sinking and unlevelness on their main walkway leading to their home. Polylevel two part foam was installed to raise and level the concrete back to proper height. 

This home in Davisboro, GA had shifting floors in their house. They called Lowcountry Foundation Repair for a free inspection and customized quote to fix the issue. Our inspector recommended SmartJacks to support the home and relevel the floor, fixing the shifting issue. The homeowner decided to move forward with the recommendation and were very happy with the results.

Jennifer Z. of Forsyth, GA had a large hump in her floor. The rug covering the area clearly showed a problem but Jennifer didn’t know what to do about it and was afraid of the problem. After some time, she finally called Lowcountry Foundation Repair for help.

Lowcountry Foundation Repair was able to help Jennifer by installing a SmartJack System in the crawl space. SmartJacks are galvanized steel crawl space support piers that are capable of supporting 60,000 pounds each! The team installed five SmartJacks and three PowerBrace beams in the crawl space to fix the floor.

Jeremy C. of Forsyth, GA called Lowcountry Foundation Repair concerned that his home might be settling. The foundation wall had cracked near the crawl space vents. We were able to help Jeremy by stabilizing the foundation with a Push Pier System.

Four push piers were installed around the foundation wall where the house was sinking. After the push piers were pushed to load bearing strata the weight of the home was transferred to the push piers, stabilizing the home. The foundation was then hydraulically lifted back into place. The foundation took one day to fix and Jeremy was thrilled!
