At Lowcountry Foundation and Crawl Space Repair, we were contacted by a concerned homeowner in Sandersville, GA, who observed significant cracks in the exterior brick, signaling potential settlement issues. Our diligent inspector conducted a thorough investigation, revealing signs of settlement. To lift, level and stabilize this customers sagging floor issue, we installed our SmartJack Support System. This home in Cross, SC had an unlevel floor with sagging in multiple areas and cracks appearing on the walls above doorways.
