South Roxana, Illinois homeowners Robert and Brenda had an area of their year that would not drain. They gave Woods Basement Systems a call and System Design Specialist Luke B. developed a plan for them. 

Foreman Donald A. and his crew installed SillPlate Draintile and an exterior sump pump. The SillPlate Draintile is a system that is installed along the side of the home. We dig 12" down and install waterproofing along the edge of the home and bottom of the hole so all water must go into the draintile. Once in the draintile, the water is moved to a sump pump where it is pumped away from the home. 

Robert and Brenda can now work in their landscaping without flooding and know their foundation is safe as well. 

Robert and Shirley M. of Cottage Hils, Illinois were troubled by water leaking into their garage. Because of the steep grade of their driveway, water easily flowed into their garage.

Foreman Ryan L. installed a trench drain. The trench drain collects water before it can enter further into the garage. The drain then guides the water away from the home. Robert and Shirley are glad the water will stay away.
