The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was placed above the footing of the home. It collects any water coming up from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement floor. The water is then drained to the sump pump.

Nelda J. no longer has to worry about water seeping through her basement floor. She now has a dry and waterproof home.
