Design specialist Chris G. assessed the situation and decided the perfect solution was to install a TripleSafe sump pump, a Waterguard drainage system, and a few well ducts. Foreman William H. then headed to the home to get the job started.

The Waterguard drainage system, pictured above, was installed above the footing of the basement. It collects any water coming up from the ground before it reaches the basement surface. The Waterguard then drains the water to the sump pump.

The TripleSafe sump pump, pictured above, removes water from the home through a discharge line. The TripleSafe sump pump is equipped with a primary, secondary, and battery powered pump. If the first pump stops working for whatever reason, the secondary pump kicks in and keeps the basement dry. The basement will also stay dry if the power goes out, thanks to the battery powered pump.

The WaterGuard lines the perimeter of the room, which collects the water and is then pumped out with the sump pump. Foreman, Mason S. and his team installed the waterproofing items and now Micah can happy enjoy her water free basement!

First Foreman Jeremy and his crew installed the Geo-Lock Wall Anchors. The Geo-Lock Wall Anchors stabilize the basement walls by anchoring behind the active soil line. This gives the walls the support they need to keep the dirt and water out. 

Then Foreman Juan and his crew installed the WaterGuard and TripleSafe Sump Pump. The WaterGuard will collect the water that comes in from behind, below, and above the wall. It then directs this water to the TripleSafe Sump Pump. The TripleSafe has three pumps that work to always keep the basement dry. 

Brenda can now enjoy her basement without worrying about the cracks or the water.
