The front porch had leveling problems that gives the home a not-so-pleasing look. Thankfully, our Woods team came to assess this situation, using a foam-expanding solution called PolyLevel™. Now this porch is safer to enter and exit and gives this homeowner a peace of mind that any potential trip hazards won't get in his way.

A sidewalk and porch in Godfrey, IL, was sinking and needed to be leveled. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. This system works by injecting polyurethane foam underneath the concrete, where it will expand and lift the concrete slabs up to level them out. Once the foam hardens, it becomes rock solid within hours. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the gaps. This flexible sealant will stand the test of time against any harsh weather conditions. With these systems  in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their sidewalk and porch are in great shape!

That's why installer Mike B. added a battery-powered UltraSump™ pump to her existing system. Whenever the power goes out or there's just too much water for her normal sump pump to handle, the UltraSump™ will kick in automatically to help expel water from the basement and keep the home protected.
