Homeowners in Saint Louis, MO had water leaking into their basement.  Our team at Woods Basement Systems installed the WaterGuard drainage system into their existing sump pump.  WaterGuard adds protection around your home that prevents any future leaks that may occur.  It works by catching the water and channeling it to the pump and out of your home.  After the installation, the homeowners were ecstatic with their dry basement for years to come!

Homeowners wanted to replace a window in their basement. Woods installed an Egress Window. This type of window allows a good amount of light in, as well as providing a safe emergency exit out of the basement. Thanks to Woods, this basement will stay lit and safe for decades to come.

A sidewalk in Saint Louis, MO, was sinking, causing tripping hazards and distress for the homeowner. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. This polyurethane foam is injected underneath the concrete slabs through pea-sized holes and expands as it dries, becoming rock solid. This lifts the concrete slabs, making them level once again. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the gaps. This flexible sealant will stand up against the harsh weather conditions and make the concrete look nicer. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest assured that their sidewalk will remain in good shape for years to come! 

This crawlspace was suffering from mold and mildew, causing damage to the crawlspace. Our Woods foreman installed SmartJack™ systems to hold the crawlspace and prevent the home from collapsing into it and added the CleanSpace™ encapsulation system to keep further mold and mildew from entering the crawlspace. Now this space can enjoy the luxury of being mold-free.

A driveway in Saint Louis, MO, was unleveled and littered with cracks and gaps between the concrete slabs. This needed to be addressed, so the homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam will then expand, lifting the concrete slabs up to level them out. This foam with harden to become rock solid within hours. Next, NexusPro™ was used to fill in the cracks and gaps. This flexible sealant will stand the test of time and against any harsh weather the homeowner may receive. With these systems in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their driveway is in great shape!
