Water was coming into a basement in Saint Louis, MO, so Woods installed WaterGuard. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which will drain water from WaterGuard and from below the basement and discharge it out of the house. It can handle a heavy flow of water, thanks to a secondary pump included inside that will help eliminate the water if the first pump is unable to keep up with the amount of water that is entering it. To help keep the crawlspace inhabitable and safe for entry, a foreman installed a CleanSpace™ encapsulation system to keep mold growth, rot, and humidity from entering the home. The antimicrobial additive technology in the CleanSpace™ system has no odor and can be used to stop water vapor from permeating from the floor and instead be seeped to the sump.

This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands, lifting and leveled the concrete slabs.
