Water was coming down the walls of a basement in Creve Coeur, MO, causing damage and concern. To solve this issue, the BrightWall Paneling System was installed. This is an all-plastic, bright white, basement wall paneling that provides a clean look for an unfinished basement. It prevents water vapor from seeping into the basement and drains any wall leaks down to the WaterGuard System. These drainage pipes intercept water at the perimeter of the basement and drain it toward the sump pump system. This system has a design that will drain any wall seepage without allowing dirt and debris from the floor to enter and clog the pipes. Thanks to these systems, this basement will remain dry all the time!

To help keep the crawlspace inhabitable and safe for entry, a foreman installed a CleanSpace™ encapsulation system to keep mold growth, rot, and humidity from entering the home. The antimicrobial additive technology in the CleanSpace™ system has no odor and can be used to stop water vapor from permeating from the floor and instead be seeped to the sump.

A porch in Saint Louis, MO, was sinking and needed to be addressed. The homeowner decided to give Woods a call. To solve this issue, PolyLevel™ was used. This system works by drilling pea-sized holes into the concrete and injecting a polyurethane foam underneath. The foam then expands, lifting and leveled the concrete slabs. With this system in place, the homeowner can rest easy knowing their porch is in great shape!

Next, a sump pump was installed to discharge the collected water out of the basement. As part of the waterproofing system, Woods installed WaterGuard. WaterGuard is a drainage system installed under the concrete floors of the basement and against the foundation walls. It will remain clog free as it collects water encroaching on the basement from the foundation walls and floors and drain it away to the sump pump for removal.
