Clausia N. from Ballwin, MO called Woods Basement Systems for a solution to her damp basement. We installed our TripleSafe sump pump which is a fool proof system to keep her basement dry. The TripleSafe has three pumps that also includes a battery backup for power outages, and an alarm that will sound should any of the pumps fail before her basement floods. 

David C. from Ballwin, MO noticed that he had some cracks on the wall of his basement. Although he tried to cover them with cement, the cracks kept growing. He contacted Woods Basement Systems to solve this problem. Our system design specialist decided to use the Geo-Lock Wall Anchor was the best solution to correct this issue. 

The Geo-Lock anchors are connected by a steel rod to a wall plate that provides clamping pressure against the inside of the foundation wall. This system was partnered with CleanSpace wall liners to add provided protection from mold growth. CleanSpace also gives David's basement a clean, sleek appearance.

The WaterGuard is an interior drainage system designed to control the flow of water to the sump pump and out of the home. After use of WaterGuard, there is no leaking now for David's basement as you see in the after picture.

The TwinPack sump pump system is one part of the waterproofing system. It includes a backup pump in the event that the first one fails. Thanks to WaterGuard and TwinPack, this once-wet basement will stay dry.

As part of the of the waterproofing system, WaterGuard was installed under the concrete floors of the basement along the walls to collect any encroaching water and drain it to the sump pump. BrightWall wall panels were installed to cover the leaking basement walls to direct the water to the WaterGuard and give the basement a brighter appearance. A SaniDry dehumidifier was installed to keep the relative humidity in the basement low to prevent mold growth and eliminate musty smells.
