Wesley C., Manchester, Missouri homeowner, was distraught when he discovered water leaking into his basement where the floor meets the wall. The water created a musty, moldy environment and risked damaging his valuables. Chris H., system design specialist, designed a solution to ensure the basement stays dry.

Foreman Ryan L. and his team installed WaterGuard. WaterGuard is a perimeter drainage system that collects and guides water to the TripleSafe sump pump system. TripleSafe is equipped with a main pump, backup pump, and battery-powered pump to ensure the basement stays dry. 

Wesley's basement is now dry and will stay dry. He can enjoy his basement knowing it is unaffected by mold.

Foreman Melvin F. then traveled to the home to get the job started. The WaterGuard drainage system, pictured above, is placed above the footing of the basement. It collects and drains any water coming up from the ground before it reaches the surface of the basement.

The CleanSpace wall system, pictured above, is a plastic liner that acts as a vapor barrier and drains any leaks that occur behind it. It is attached to the walls of the basement.

This basement experienced water damage once the temperatures rose and the snow melted inside the basement. To protect the home from water damage, WaterGuard drains were installed around the perimeter to collect the water and direct it towards the home's sump pump to then be pumped out.

Woods Basement Systems was called to this Ballwin, Missouri home to address the basement's constant leaks. During heavy periods of rain, water would stream out of cracks in the walls and pool on the floor. All of this moisture made it difficult to make good use of the space, and the homeowner wanted it taken care of.

A Woods team installed a WaterGuard drainage system underneath the flooring at the base of the leaking walls. These gutter-like drains catch any leaks and prevent them from making their way into the space. The basement is now protected from water!
