Major Repair Work in Granite City, IL

The crack and settling wedge of this Granite City, Illinois foundation was caused by a waterproofing system (BOX Drain Tile) that let mud and water get into the sump pump and overtime undermined the footing holding up that wedge of concrete.  We installed a push pier to close the gap.
