Waterproofed and encapsulated (vapor barrier) our entire basement. Installed a sump pump.  It went very well. They explained everything up front, no hidden or extra charges. Everyone from salesman to installers were helpful, friendly, and courteous. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves everyday. They project was completely on schedule. They even came out a couple of times afterwards to fix some stuff that they didn't actually have to but they wanted to make sure I was fully satisfied with the job. I had even ordered something I changed my mind about at the last minute and it was no problem cancelling that item. If we buy a house in the future that has a basement that hasn't been waterproofed we will for sure go with this company.

Healthy Spaces did a great job, hard working, and explained everything to us! Cleaned up the area, polite, introduced themselves at the front door. Looked us in the eye and shook our hands! Worked hard the entire time they were here.

Damon, the Design Specialist, was very polite and professional and did a great job of explaining the job to me. Although I did not understand everything, he went above and beyond to help me and it was much better than the other estimates that I had received. I am so glad Healthy Spaces helped me!

We would definitely hire Healthy Spaces again!   We had a very wet basement in a 1950's home.  The Healthy Spaces installation stopped all leaks. They concreted the floor level as we requested. One year later, we discovered a cracked drain line. They came immediately and repaired to our satisfaction. We've had no leaks with 2-3 inch rainfalls. We have since retiled the floor and can use basement again. 

Just wanting to give a big Thank You, to Greg, Daniel, and Chris. They did our basement work  on August 6th and 7th. They did a very good job!! They knew what they were doing with the job, very conscious of not making a mess  and not getting our carpet dirty.  They did not laze around!!!They were very mannerly and respectful to my family. Younger people now a days are not always as kind as these young men were!!! We just wanted to make you aware of these young men, and not only their work for Healthy Spaces, but also for the respectful and kind manner in which these employees treated us. Everything went very well on this project even with a couple footer curve balls thrown at the team. Daniel did a great job leading the project and kept our team updated on progress and any necessary changes to the game plan. I know we will be very pleased with our new healthy space. Having work done on your home can be stressful, but the quality of work done by the Healthy Spaces team was great. I not only got regular updates from Greg throughout the whole process explaining to me each aspect of what was going on and why the team was doing it, but they went above and beyond what I was expecting in quality of service. Greg, Chris, Dean, and Jason had to come up with different solutions both on their own and in coordination with Scott and Jimmy to make sure that when something out of the ordinary came up, it was fixed to my liking and done the way it should be. Your communication and information/explanation of the process started things off right. Then when it was time for the install, they showed up when they told us they would and worked diligently all day, each day they were on site. We would be communicated with in-person and by text at the end of each day outlining what had been done and what tasks were next. I would get pictures of the space at the end of each day as well. All of that and the friendliness and professionalism made this a very enjoyable experience. The initial contact with you in addition to the field crews installation was top-notch. It isn't a glamorous job by any means, but the pride in doing quality work was apparent.   

We decided to waterproof our basement, which was flooding and the walls were leaking. It was really gross. Damon was super helpful and gave us lots of options to fix things. We went with Waterguard and a sump pump and wall panels. The basement looks like new! The crew was amazing and cleaned everything up! Great work!

Damon Cheatham at Healthy Spaces contacted my mother promptly after being told about cracks in walls and sticking doors from a sinking foundation. My mother tends to be very nervous about new people or projects but Damon put her at ease immediately and she enjoyed visiting with him.  He even helped her with some household chores she needed done. He was thorough in his assessment of what was required, kept me informed during the process, and provided the better and more reasonable cost estimate of the two contractors. The craftsmen at Healthy Spaces were skilled, efficient, and considerate of my mother's concerns. The project was finished quickly, including taking care of the mold problem under the house, and the results are excellent. They will follow up later to make sure the foundation is stabilized. I was very pleased with the overall experience.

We absolutely love our home.  It's a great place to live and we love how gorgeous the views are.  My wife and I were heartbroken when we realized that the foundation was failing in some way.  We had cracking in the stonework on one side of the house, where our two additions met up.  We tried having a mason fix it by filling the cracks, but the cracking came back.  We noticed that the floors were sagging too.  I called Healthy Spaces after a friend recommended them.  When Donnie came out, I was surprised at how many measurements he took and how careful he was.  We tal;ked through options and decided on a course of action that would help us.  They installed new subfloor support beams and SmartJacks, adjustable teleposts.  The floor is level now and the exterior cracking hasn't returned.  I couldn't be happier with the whole project and we'll have them out soon to install a new vapor barrier in the crawlspace!
