Chris Russell came out to my house because my floor seemed to be settling in my basement.  Chris took lots of measurements and found two problems: a bowing foundation wall and a section of settling basement floor.  Chris and I examined possible causes and realized that the landscaping on that side was letting water pool right next to the downspout.  I decided to try fixing the drainage on the outside of my home rather than have Chris and Healthy Spaces fix it rght away.  I plan to have Chris back out this winter to check on how things are progressing.

They were hired to repair my foundation and went above and beyond in the work that they did. Recognized that my foundation was nonexistent and made necessary repairs.

We had two cracks in our (poured) concrete basement. They gave us an estimate. Gave a time frame to place a deposit with the remaining balance due date of service. This service/price is at a contracted lifetime warranty since we have plans to finish the basement. Very courteous and professional. Our service date was approximately 2 months out however, they had a cancellation and immediately contacted us to fill it. I was so excited! Our repairs were then done within 2-3 weeks of the estimate date!! It only took them half the morning and it was done! From start to finish....SUPERB!

Healthy Spaces came to give opinion on cracks in floor.  My mother had spoken to the gentleman that did my inspection about a problem she had. He said they handled such problems and recommended a coworker who did more with her problem. Now my mother lives in a condo and let them know she would not have a choice in hiring them depending on the problem.  They still came out and helped her knowing this.  They were good with her and explained what they could tell her and recommended who to contact to verify the problem.  Not many companies will take this kind of time knowing that most likely they will not be making any money off of the call.

A job well done by Healthy Spaces! The crew members were young, but worked hard, were respectful, and cleaned up well after themselves. I was very  impressed he was by them and their work ethic. I would recommend anyone to Healthy Spaces. All around great company. 

We just signed for Healthy Spaces to repair and encapsulate the crawlspace in our older home. It was obvious after talking to various companies that the Healthy Spaces employees, Mike McAtee in particular, were the most knowledgeable and professional people in the business. They listened and advised, but never forced their products on us and helped us find a solution that will be long-lasting and appropriate to our situation. Some others may have been less total dollars, but the quality product and customer backing that Healthy Spaces provides was by a wide margin the best value.

Ashley is the nicest person. Not a nice employee, but all around the nicest person. I'd love it if she came to my house every time. She is fantastic. If I thought I could get her to come work for me, I would in a heartbeat. She is so wonderful, so wonderful.

My house is half brick and half block foundation, it was flooding, and our basement and cellar were a wreck.  They stunk and smelled up the whole house.  It wasn't until I noticed that the block part of one side of my house was bowing inward that I decided to start looking for help.  I really wasn't sure if things coul be fixed, or if I needed to replace part of the house foundation.  When Chris with Healthy Spaces showed up, it was such a relief to know everything could be fixed and I wasn't goiong to go broke in the process.  They treated the mold, insalled waterproofing, and straightened the wall.  I think they were here a week and now my whole house feels and looks so much better!

Healthy Spaces has been a great company to work with.  I had a polite and professional crew who waterproofed my basement and they really went the extra mile to take care of me.  I think they cleaned up throughout the day because there was not much dust or mess at all.  Great work and great company!
