A homeowner in Franklin, Indiana began noticing several spots in his floors that were low and some small cracks in the walls in his living area.  Our Foreman Yahir and his crew members Hector, Victor, and Marcos installed a total of 6 SmarJack support posts and steel supplemental beam to provide stabilization to the floors above.  

A homeowner in Indianapolis, Indiana had concerns about his home's foundation settling after noticing cracks in dry wall and windows sticking.  Our Foreman John and his crew members Chris and Jon-Wesley installed a total of 6 Helical Piers to lift the foundation back to its original level.  

A owner of a duplex in Indianapolis, Indiana had tenants who were concerned about the condition of the basement walls after noticing cracking a movement of the walls.  Our Certified Inspector Grant recommended that the basement foundation walls be permanently stabilized to prevent any further movement.  Our Foreman Emilio and his crew members Jose, Ivan, and Marcos installed a total of 5 Geo-Lock wall earth anchors on this particular wall with extension rods that provide anchoring strength that secures the weight of the wall into hard hard packed soil outside the home. 

Homeowner Shannon had large "stair-stepping" cracks in her basement walls causing severe structural issues.  Our Foreman Todd installed the PowerBrace Foundation Wall Repair System to restore stability to the basement walls.  

Homeowner Kaylene had basement walls that were bowing out significantly causing sever foundation damage.  Our Foreman DIllon and his crew installed PowerBraces to stabilize and restore the walls back to original level.
