When I called TC Hafford Basement Systems to set up my free estimate I was greeted by their excellent office staff. They were friendly and helpful. The sales person was informative, with a no-pressure sales pitch while still answering all of my questions. They recommended the best system needed. The installation crew who arrived to do the work was professional and competent. I was left very satisfied with both the job done and the cleanup following the work.
