Customer had just purchased their new home and while tearing up the carpet in the basement, they had taken note that the padding underneath had water spots and with further investigation they realized water was seeping in through one wall near their fireplace. Our solution was to install a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the wall producing the water, waterguard and a SuperSump Pump. 

Check out this sump pump transformation in Colora, MD! We were contacted by this homeowner to inspect their old sump pump since it wasn't operating properly. Our System Design Specialist Gary provided an inspection and suggested a new waterproofing system. The homeowners knew if this didn't get fixed, their basement could become flooded, have musty smells, and mold growth. Our foreman Bernie installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System which will provide three levels of protection against water intrusion. This system also has a backup battery that will kick in if the power goes out. Since the installation, the homeowner's peace of mind has been restored and their basement has stayed dry and healthy! 

This customer reached out to Basement Systems USA with concerns of water entering through only one side of the unfinished basement, when it would rain. We sent our inspector Tom Keene out to evaluate and provide a solution to correct this water intrusion. The solution provided and installed was Waterguard and CleanSpace along the problematic wall. We also installed a SuperSump Pump, IceGuard and a SaniDry Dehumidifier to keep humidity levels low during those warm humid months. 

For this basement waterproofing job we installed a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, Waterguard a SuperSump Pump, IceGuard and a Lawnscape underground pipe for the water discharge. 

This customer had a humididty issue in the basement. We installed our BrightWall vapor barrier and our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Now not only is the humidity under control but, the walls look cleaner and brighter.
