I like the workmanship of the job so far. The technician that came out found out that the motor in my sump pump was not working, he is very thorough. They would always keep me up to date on what was going on, when they would be arriving, and any new information regarding my service.

Gary arrived exactly on time. He is wonderful individual. I didn't feel any pressure with what was described to me for my basement. We discussed all of my option. I was happy with my decision during and after I signed the proper papers. My install was scheduled that very day and in less than 2 weeks I have a new basement.  My sump pump was installed without too much interruption to my family life. My basement looks amazing. The waterproofing material and chair rail looks great. It hadn't rained much since the installation, but I am confident that there will be no more problems in my basement with leaking.

After a long night of manually pumping water out after a power outage rendered our sump pump useless, we hired this company to install a new sump pump pit with a waterproof housing and install a second pump and a battery back up. This was in 2012 and we have never had another sleepless night manually pumping again. Jorge, the installer completed the job quickly and professionally. Since then, they have been back to service and maintenance our entire sump pump system and Jorge always comes. I appreciate that they send the person who installed the system because he knows what to look for. They have honored their warranty and we were able to transfer the remaining warranty to a new buyer after we recently sold the home.

Basement Systems USA recently installed a Super Sump system and waterguard track in my basement and an outside underground sump pump drain pipe with ice guard and lawnscape outlet. The crew did an excellent job installing everything and cleaning the work area when finished. My only criticism was that, after installing the new discharge pipe, they didn;t cement over the hole they'd made in the concrete wall. I called the service dept and the manager said of course they'd fix that. I also asked if the outside drain pipe could be shortneed so the lawnscape outlet would drain better over the lawn. Again, he said yes because they wanted me to be satisfied. Mike Dyer was the technician who came to do the additional work, and I can't praise him enough. He d id a beautiful job of cementing over the hole in the basement wall-- you'd never know it was there. He shortened the outside drain pipe, refilled & tamped down the trench, and then went the extra step of obtaining & installing a popup outlet that works better in my yard. Mike also installed an 8' chute on the downspout to drain water away from my patio. Basement Systems did not charge me for any additional work. They mean it when they say they want their customers to be happy. I would recomment them without hesitation.

From the start the crew did a great job and in a timely manor. Julio and his team turned my basement into a livable area and I am really happy with the outcome of the work that was done.

Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first-rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforeseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first-rate and ended up better than a bilco door. The company re-landscaped and everything is as it was. All work performed was top notch and no issues on anything they have done

Highly Recommend this company. I had a leaking wall and windows in my basement. They did an excellent job. The area was cleaned up. They showed up on time, and work a full day. The job was reviewed with me prior to starting, and after the work was done. I also got a courtesy call from the company. So far, no more leaks. I am pleased.

Although I was out of the country for the install, I am very happy with the project and everything looks great.
