Our system design specialist Derek Rice went to the property and found old, hanging insulation along with other issues like moisture and damp areas. We were able to come up with a solution to solve the pour insulation problem and dampness which consisted of a vapor barrier lining, spray foam insulation, dehumidifier and a sump pump. 

In Scituate, MA many properties have problems with water because of the proximity to the ocean. This basement was no exception. Adding a SuperSump in the low spot and TrenchDrain across the doorway certainly helped the problem!
