This homeowner from Leominster, MA had this home passed down to him that was build in 1953! As the years progressed, the basement was becoming damp and humid from all the moisture in the air. We took action and covered the walls with CleanSpace vapor barrier to keep the moisture out! Having vapor barriers will prevent mold growth, odors and structural damages! 

A customer in Leominster, MA wanted to provide some kind of vapor barrier for her basement walls because he wanted to keep the humidity down as much as possible. When he asked about our vapor barrier, we sent an inspector over to discuss with hum why our CleanSpace is the best product to make it difficult for water vapor to pass through. After the customer agreed to have the installation, our crew lined up the walls with the thick, polyethylene material which gives the basement a brighter and safer look! 

We got a call from Leominster, MA of a homeowner complaining that his basement felt humid, as if he was in the jungle! Humidity can cause mold growth, sickness and musty odors, and to prevent this, we covered the walls with CleanSpace vapor barrier to create a layer that keeps outside moisture out! 

This summer cottage in Wakefield, RI was seeing some puddling and draftiness in their crawlspace and wanted a solution that would fix their problems, and luckily for them we had a plan. Along with our CleanSpace vapor barrier that would help encapsulate the space, we installed Rim Joist Insulation. The insulation will help seal the CleanSpace as well as insulate the space, preventing moisture and cool air from leaking in.

This crawlspace in Wakefield, RI was having some moisture issues that were leading to fears of mold and mildew taking over. The air in your home seeps in through the lower point, the basement or crawlspace, so mold can affect the health or the entire home and those in it. For this project, we installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier to create a seal, significantly reducing the amount of moisture coming from the dirt floors and concrete walls.
