The installation crew, Ricky, Matt and Matt were outstanding. They discovered the unexpected source of a leak and repaired it. I was very pleased with the cleanup process. I chose the company because of their prompt response and very good printed and verbal information.

Thank you!!! I LOVE the basement work your company did! We use the basement so much now! We made an apartment of sorts with a bar and fireplace on top of the bar. A second bathroom was added because we now could! Wall to wall carpet and especially a peace of mind that we never had before! My son just bought my dad's old house. You may be getting another basement to DryZone within the year!!! Special thanks to TODD, (yes THE Todd) who was on the crew to help make it happen in time for the rainy season due to a shortage of help...Well, the falls rainy season as it rains so much all the time! I got in on working with the crew, too, and cut the stairs to access the flooring under them. The guys were awesome! A real pleasure to work with! I'm sure they still are! Excellent from beginning to end. This is the 2nd time we used DryZone because we previously had them install a sump pump in a prior home. It was a timely process from beginning to end, but the actual installation only took a few hours. Very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the all the staff.

DryZone Basement Systems completed a project at our house in December. We love it . . . and we were so happy that the system worked well during the awful storms we had this winter. We lost power for days and everything worked as it should have. In fact, the pump was probably running for a few weeks during that time and the basement stayed dry. So, a big thank-you!   You sent us some great "before" pictures which we will be sharing with someone who is interested in your business for their house.   It prompted me to ask . . . one of your guys took some great pictures of the old well that they found under our house. I remember seeing them, but I cannot put my hands on them. By any chance, can you find out who took them and send us copies if you they still have them.
