We have been customers of dry basement systems for almost 20 years, at our home prior to our current home and at our current home. We live in an 1800s home now and a 1700s home prior, old homes are notoriously damp, both home basements (dirt floors) and crawl spaces were insulated, encapsulated and a sanidry was installed in both houses. We would recommend this to anyone who owns an old home, to dry the underneath and remove musty odors.

DryZone gave me the best price for my water remediation project. Not only that, Dryzone was the most professional of all the water remediation companies I contacted. They sent me literature. They called to confirm their appointment. They called me to let me know they were on their way to my house. Emilio and Shane were great. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Both worked worked quickly and efficiently. Emilio explained what he was doing, why he did it and he answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Dryzone and especially Emilio and Shane!

Yesterday a very nice gentlemen from DryZone named Curtis came to service my system. Curtis answered all of my questions, going over the system and explaining where we were not using it correctly. So pleased with DryZone and it's employees. 

Dear DryZone, A ‘thank you’ to Michael Buonocore and DryZone for a very professional and helpful visit to our home in Chatham, MA. Michael provided an objective analysis of the leak from where the water main enters the basement. It was unclear whether it was a plumbing leak or a leak through the wall, the latter of which would cause us to engage DryZone. We now have had a plumber look at the situation. He believes the leak is from the pipe, not the wall. For now, we will hold off on engaging DryZone to see if the plumber can provide relief. DryZone, however, will be our first call if the leak continues and appears to be coming through the wall.   Thank you again for a first class visit.   Ned L  

We very much enjoy the cleaner air in our house.  My husband no longer coughs as he begins the day in the living room with his morning newspaper.

Meeting Craig and working with him was a friendly, quick and easy process to ensure that our personal needs were met.
