Kelvyn had two walls in her basement that were bowing. Her home is very old and so she called our team to discuss foundation repair options. It is done by putting heavy anchors in stable soil away from your foundation wall. This system is ideal because it involves minimal disturbance to Kelvyn's lawn and home. In addition, our team installed the wall plate portion to prevent cracking and further stabilize Kelvyn’s walls. 

Due to settlement in her home, Tracie's floors were sagging, so our team installed SmartJack. SmartJack is a system that puts a stop to your sagging floors. Due to the moisture and soils in your crawl space, floors above crawl spaces are vulnerable. The SmartJack system provides a permanent fix to these issues by using steel columns, threaded rods and a solid base to address any issues your crawl space may introduce to your floors. Installing this system usually takes less than a day and it provides immediate stabilization.

Roger noticed the family room in his log cabin starting to sink due to poor crawl space support. We answered his call and sent an Ayers crew to install support structures called SmartJacks. The steel jacks are attached to the floor joists above and rest on a sturdy base within the ground. SmartJacks effectively support sagging beams and floor joists. Roger is grateful for the permanent support provided!

The story behind the cracked garage wall in this house was interesting. The wall had been hit by a car which obviously then caused the wall to begin crumbling. This also caused some of the bricks in the basement to crack. Both of these problems needed to be addressed and fixed.

Our team decided the best option was to put wall anchors in the garage to help pull the wall back to its original position. We chose to put our Carbon Armor straps in the basement since the damage wasn't as severe as in the garage. The wall anchors put in the garage are the most versatile wall repair method to use in most situations. They can fix very severe problems but are also installed independently of the floor so there's no additional strain. They can also be easily installed around obstacles on the wall such as pipes, cupboards, toilets, etc.
