Amy's home was built in the 1800s. For safety purposes, the house required new foundation support. This solution is installed by attaching steel support beams to the floor joists and a sturdy base installed in the subfloor. This system can be easily adjusted down the road. Paul's living room floor was slanted, and he wasn't sure how to fix it. Knowing this was a sign of foundation issues, he decided to call Ayers to learn about our solutions. There were huge cracks and uneven spots around Steve's pool. So he called our team and we installed PolyLevel, a waterproof and long-lasting system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by a polyurethane foam. This foam expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes.

John and Sherry needed help repairing their bowed basement wall. So our team installed the GeoLock Anchor System which permanently stabilizes walls and in most cases it can eventually straighten the wall back to its original position. The system is installed by putting heavy anchors in stable soil away from your foundation wall. This system is ideal because it involves minimal disturbance to your lawn and home.

Bob was experiencing a major foundation issue with the corner of his front porch. The corner of the porch was slowly sinking for quite sometime, but recently had accelerated sinking. Our professional foundation team stepped in and installed a few piers around the porch in order to help support and lift the corner back into position. The Helical Piers are the piers that we used in this project. To install the piers, we excavated a small hole around the outside of the porch to expose the home's footer. We then drill long steel piering shafts into the ground until they reach competent soil that can reliably support the weight of the home. This allows for the corner to be put back in its original position. The fix is permanent and incredibly reliable!
