WaterGuard sits on top of the home's footing rather than beside it like most drainage pipes, this small adjustment works wonders preventing clogs. Valeda feels much better with a dry basement!

Don and his wife bought this home in January to live in when they retire in 5-10 years. They are currently working on finishing the basement but have heavy water intrusion that is halting that project. The TripleSafe sump pump system utilizes three pumps in order to remove excess water from the basement. The second and third pumps are in case of emergencies so the basement can remain dry, even when the power goes out. 

WaterGuard is a sub-floor waterproofing system that collects water that leaks through the walls and keeps dirt away from the foundation. It is installed along the perimeter of the basement and on top of the footing of the foundation. Concrete is poured on top and regular flooring can be placed on top. Finally, IceGuard was installed in conjunction with the WaterGuard. IceGuard is a simple addition to your already existing sump pump. It allows water to escape when the discharge line is frozen and prevents your basement flooding in cold weather. IceGuard is completely automatic, meaning after the initial installation, it’s done. 

Don and his wife were ecstatic with the work completed by Ayers and our crew and cannot wait to retire full-time. The were so impressed with the level of professionalism and craftsmanship that they would be thrilled to have us back if ever the need arises. 

Anne was worried the water pooling in her basement could cause problems or lead to significant damage, so she called Ayers. They recommended and installed TripleSafe, which has three pumps, one of which is battery-powered in case of a power outage. Anne is happy her basement is permanently dry!
