Having a powerful TripleSafe sump pump in your basement during a flood could mean the difference between a dry floor and a 6 inches of water! Most basements are fitted with the pump on the left which can easily be overwhelmed by an sudden influx of water. Our TripleSafe sump pump provides three levels of protection for your basement: if the first pump is overwhelmed by water, the second pump switches on. If the power goes out, the battery-operated third pump kicks in. The TripleSafe also has a secure lid that keep out any objects that may impede its functioning.

The basement windows in this Lapeer, MI home were outdated, poorly sealed, and not energy efficient. Bryant had ongoing issues with his bowing basement walls and realized he could no longer ignore the evident damage to his walls. You could see the stair step crack on the inside and outside of his home. These cracks follow the mortar lines in a block wall as pressure on the wall increases. Stair step cracks are dangerous because they cover a wide area. This wall was well on its way to collapse without a repair solution. We used CarbonArmor® to stabilize his basement walls. CarbonArmor is a wall reinforcing system with straps made from a fiber-reinforced polymer that is ten times stronger than steel. CarbonArmor® stabilized Bryant's walls and will now protect them from future bowing.
