The owners of this Decatur, MI rental home started to notice moisture in the walls and throughout the carpet in this room. The best option to combat this was to replace the drywall along the perimeter of the room and replace it with EverLast wall panels. These cement boards have a washable, vinyl finish and are more resistant to water than traditional drywall.
