The crawlspace had several issues, including a concrete floor with potential moisture concerns, rusted beams, and inadequate insulation. There was also a possibility of a leak, and the access to the crawlspace was through the interior, making it challenging to maintain. To solve these problems, the team encapsulated the crawlspace with a barrier to prevent moisture intrusion and improve air quality. They also applied spray foam insulation along the floor joists after removing the old insulation to ensure proper thermal protection. 

Richard had puddles accumulating in his basement after heavy rains and didn't know why. He decided to contact the team at Ayers Basement Systems and set up an inspection. The inspection concluded that water was leaking through areas in the foundation. Richard would later install the WaterGuard system along with new discharge lines. The installation by our crew at Ayers went smoothly and left Richard's home looking better than ever!

The sump pump is what does all the work by pumping all that unwanted water that comes in out of your basement. The sump pump pictured is our TripleSafe Sump Pump. It is the king/queen of all the pumps. Like the name implies there is 3 pumps in one liner. The first pump is what does most of the work to effectively pump water out of your basement. The second pump is more of a back up and kicks on if the water gets too high and the first one cannot keep up. The third pump is battery operated in the event that the power were to go out. All of our pumps also come with an airtight lid so the water that goes in doesn't end up evaporating right back into your basement.
