Water was flooding a homeowner's basement so our team installed TripleSafe. TripleSafe is a sump pump system that’s main goal is to keep your basement dry. This system provides ultimate protection because it has three pumps so that it can handle your highest pumping demands. In addition, one of the pumps is battery-powered so that the system still works even during power outages. 

Sump pumps are a must have for any basement and unfortunately, some basements don't have one. We installed this advanced/high quality sump pump in Saint Joseph, MI which totally changed the amount of unwanted water in the home for the better.  The TripleSafe is the best sump pump on the market and will protect the basement for flooding for a VERY long time. TripleSafe is a sump pump with three different pumps in one liner. The first being the 1/3 hp zoeller pump which does most of the pumping and is placed at the bottom of the liner. The second is the 1/2 hp zoeller that is placed slightly higher than the first. This pump is more powerful but will only be turned on when needed. The final pump is the battery-operated UltraSump DC which is used in case of a power outage, this pump can pump up to 24,000 gallons of water. Now this homeowner can rely on their sump pump to move the unnecessary water out of our home. 

Our team insulated a customer's rim joists in order to prevent any moisture or unwanted allergens from entering his home. Small cracks and seams can exist around rim joists so insulating rim joists seals off these cracks. Now this customer won't have to worry about anything entering his home. 

A customer needed his crawl space insulated in order to prevent cold air from entering the rest of his house. So he called our team and we insulated his rim joists. Small cracks and seams can exist around rim joists, but after insulating them all of those cracks are sealed off. Now flow is restricted keeping moisture and unwanted air out. Therefore, this customer will no longer have to worry cold drafts entering his home.

With airtight insulation there is a reduction in heat loss and the inability for anything to enter your crawl space.
