David was encountering water intrusion in his basement. Tired of worrying about his basement flooding, he asked us to waterproof his basement. So we installed TripleSafe, a sump pump system that’s main goal is to keep your basement dry. It provides ultimate protection against all basement leakage and any moisture problems because it has three pumps within this one system. One of the pumps is battery powered so that the system can work even during power outages.

A customer had water leaking into his basement from his widow because his old egress window and well were not working properly. So our team installed a new egress window and well to replace his old one. Egress Windows are required because they are big enough to provide a safe exit in case of emergency. In addition to having a safe exit in your basement, these windows provide lots of natural light. Lastly, most windows offer minimal protection against outside air entering the home due to poor insulation around the window. We installed SilverGlo, a set of waterproof foam panels that are used to insulate the walls of your crawl space. Uninsulated crawl spaces cost you money each year by increasing your heating and cooling bills. SilverGlo restricts all moisture and is made of inorganic material which prevents mold, rot or mildew from forming. WaterGuard is a sub-floor waterproofing system that keeps water away from your foundation and mud away from your drains. CleanSpace uses a thick plastic liner along basement space walls to keep them dry and last decades longer. Aylin no longer has to deal with the exhaustion that comes with a flooded basement.

Egress Windows are larger which opens up the space more, making it more inviting. The main benefit being it offers a safe escape route in emergency situations and is waterproof so she won't have to worry about water seeping in during heavy rains.
