Lynette had water in her basement and contacted us at Ayers Basement Systems. She opted for internal draining systems and had discharge lines installed. She opted for LawnScape, an outlet that allows water to be pumped into the yard while stopping anything from getting into the drain. Lynette was thrilled with the job as she no longer needed to worry about water in her basement!

This customer had a story we're very familiar with: Any time there was heavy rain, water would seep into the crawl space and...stay there. The standing water led to mold, which led to a soft spot in the floor above. They needed to do something quickly. So they called Ayers.

We installed a new SmartSump system to drain the water from the floor, a SaniDry CX Air System to remove water from the air and eliminate the mold problem, and encapsulated the crawl space to seal it off from the floor above and protect the rest of the house from any humidity and mold damage.

A customer had water intruding into her basement from several different areas. Her current sump pump couldn't keep up with the amount of water, so our team installed SuperSump. The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System can handle high pumping demands better than normal sump pumps. In addition, it will alert you when water levels are too high and has an airtight lid to prevent any unwanted moisture or pests from entering.

Water was entering Bobbie’s basement that was made of old stone walls and loose mortar. She called our team and we installed BrightWall. Brightwall is made of white, plastic panels that will provide a waterproof and stain-resistant surface. Acting as a vapor barrier, BrightWall will keep water from seeping through cracks in your basement walls. Lastly, these walls will help brighten your basement and never need painted or any other maintenance.

The homeowners in Coloma, MI had water coming into their basement at the corners. They were not sure why the water getting in, but they did know that it got worse when it rained. They did have an existing sump pump, but it was not good enough to do remove all the water they needed removed. They called Ayers Basement Systems. 

Our professional team installed the WaterGuard long lasting interior perimeter drainage system. The system sits on the top of the footing in the basement in order to prevent clogging from mud or other debris. WaterGuard works by trapping floor and wall seepage before it has a chance to damage the basement. Once the floor and wall seepage are in the drain the water is taken immediately to the sump pump. The sump pump then removes the water from the home!
