Sometimes a crack in your foundation is just a crack. But more often than not, it's a sign that something much bigger is wrong.

This time, it was the latter. We were called for a foundation repair but discovered that much more work was needed, and the homeowner decided to just take care of everything in order to ensure that the basement stays dry all the time, rather than try to fix problems as they arose.

We installed WaterGuard (pictured) with LawnGuard outlets, a TripleSafe sump pump, a SaniDry dehumidifier, the WellDuct window well drainage system, and power braces to strengthen the structure of the basement.

Dennis was worried about water moisture running down the walls and floors of his basement. He wasn't sure how to remedy the issue, so he called Ayers to learn about our waterproofing solutions. We sent a crew of experts to his home to evaluate the problem and recommend a solution. They decided the best solution for Dennis was the DryTrak system. DryTrak is designed to collect leakage from walls and the floor wall joint. The water then drains directly into the drainage system beneath the floor. Dennis is happy his home is now protected from floor leaks and wall seepage!

This couple had been considering waterproofing their Reed City, MI basement for quite some time. The panels were attached in front of the block walls so water could flow behind them and into a drainage system that rests at the foot of the wall.  The couple was so pleased to have clean, waterproof walls that they’re considering foundation work from Ayers, as well.
